Job summary
A family-owned grocery retailer in Bloxwich seeks a part-time Retail Assistant to join their team. Skills
We are looking to recruit a new retail assistant for our shop in Bloxwich, West Midlands. We offer a permanent part time position working a variety of shifts, with a minimum of 20 hours worked over 5 days each week, including weekends.
- Hours: 20 hours across 5 days per week.
- Pay: £10.10 - £12.31 per hour (age 16‑20: £10.10; age 21+: £12.31).

- Handle stock with care while working deliveries, quickly placing products into freezers and onto shelves ready for customers to buy.
- Work with the rest of your team to complete daily and weekly routines that keep the shop safe, clean and tidy.
- A friendly, positive, hardworking approach to work.
- Enjoy being busy and flexible across tasks such as deliveries, tills, shop floor assistance, cleaning and stock rotation.
- Reliability and professionalism as a key team member.
- Flexibility in shifts, with rotations planned three weeks in advance and commitments outside work considered.
