A well-known hospitality group is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and contractor service delivery across over 100 restaurants. This role is based at the head office in Ruislip, requiring 4–5 days a week on-site. The ideal candidate will have a background in facilities management, strong supplier management skills, and the ability to handle urgent issues calmly. The position offers a salary between £60,000 and £70,000, along with benefits such as 25 days holiday, pension contributions, and staff discounts.

They operate an outsourced model which requires the management of suppliers, ensuring safe and compliant service delivery, overseeing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules, supporting field teams and responding effectively to urgent issues to minimise operational disruption.
This role is based at Head office in Ruislip 4–5 days / week
