A prominent NHS Trust in England is seeking an experienced Head of Audiology to lead the service across multiple sites. You will shape strategy and oversee operations while providing clinical leadership in Adult and Paediatric Audiology. The ideal candidate will possess extensive clinical experience, a Master's in Audiology, and strong leadership skills. This is an opportunity to make a difference in patients' lives while fostering innovation and supporting staff development. Flexible working options are available.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Audiology professional to lead our established, multi-site service across Worcestershire. In this senior leadership role, you will shape strategy, oversee operations, and provide advanced clinical leadership across Adult and Paediatric Audiology, including ENT support, vestibular assessment, and Tinnitus Retraining Therapy (TRT).
At Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust, we believe hearing care is more than a clinical service; it’s a lifeline. For many people, hearing loss can make it harder to connect and communicate, leading to feelings of isolation. In this role, you will lead a service dedicated to helping our patients.
As Head of Audiology, you will guide a talented team across our three hospital sites and local community hospitals. You will shape the service strategy, drive innovation, and influence decision-making at the highest level.
You will also champion education, support staff development, and explore research opportunities, ensuring our teams have the right tools, skills, and support they need to succeed. Guided by our Trust values, you will be supported by an experienced operational and clinical leadership structure.
We are looking for an Audiology leader who wants to shape the future, someone who can see not just the service as it is, but what it could become. This is a chance to make a difference: giving people hearing, restoring connections, and improving lives.
If you are a highly developed and experienced post‑graduate qualified Audiologist, Hearing Therapist, or Clinical Scientist (Audiology), with proven leadership experience, we would really like to hear from you. Informal conversations are warmly encouraged and welcomed.
Contract: Permanent (flexible working options available)
