Job summary

A well-known hospitality group is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and contractor service delivery across over 100 restaurants. This role is based at the head office in Ruislip, requiring 4–5 days a week on-site. The ideal candidate will have a background in facilities management, strong supplier management skills, and the ability to handle urgent issues calmly. The position offers a salary between £60,000 and £70,000, along with benefits such as 25 days holiday, pension contributions, and staff discounts.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Facilities Management for a multisite portfolio, ideally in hospitality.
  • Strong experience in equipment and contractor management.
  • Proven ability to handle urgent equipment issues calmly and decisively.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high-quality delivery of equipment services across the estate.
  • Manage suppliers and contractors, ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Monitor and forecast Opex and Capex budgets.
