Job summary
A well-known children's activity provider is seeking an Early Years Instructor for seasonal holiday work in the UK. The role involves ensuring the safety and welfare of children, delivering structured activities while adhering to EYFS requirements, and acting as a key contact for young campers. Ideal candidates should have experience with early years children and ideally hold a paediatric first aid qualification. Flexible schedules for full-time or part-time work are available.
Qualifications
- Experience working with early years children is preferred.
- Paediatric first aid qualification is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the welfare and safety of the children.
- Deliver structured activities in sports, arts, and play.
- Support Early Years Leader in following EYFS requirements.
- Act as a pastoral contact for 4 and 5 year olds.
Seasonal holiday work available in Easter, Summer and other half term holidays.
8.30am – 5.30pm weekdays. Full time or part time roles available and additional hours available for staff that hold a paediatric first aid qualification (usually 8am – 6pm).

- Ensure the welfare and safety of the children
- Deliver outstanding, structured activities (sports, arts, play) to the Early Years children, our Ultimate Activity Juniors.
- Working alongside your Early Years Leader, ensure activities follow the EYFS requirements for learning and development, with an emphasis on participation.
- Take on a pastoral role as a key contact for the 4 and 5 year olds on camp, providing high quality care.
