This role is responsible for the co-ordination of service contracts within a designated region, while also providing support to other regions as required.You will act as a key link between customers, Field Service Engineers and internal departments, delivering excellent customer service, effective account management and administrative support across our service operations.**Key Responsibilities*** Act as the primary point of contact for all service-related enquiries, including service contracts, repairs, parts, call-outs and ad-hoc visits.* Co-ordinate service enquiries, breakdowns, call-outs and in-house repairs from initial contact through quotation, order placement and scheduling using service software (Sage/Salesforce).* Manage customer service issues and ensure all service-related documentation is accurate, complete and traceable within the CRM system, including RAMS, job sheets and reports.* Ensure service contract customers receive a full service master pack at renewal, including SLAs and escalation information.* Schedule and manage test equipment for on-site legislative works, ensuring calibration records remain up to date.* Build and maintain strong customer relationships, resolving queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.* Work closely with Field Service Engineers to manage scheduling, parts requirements, overdue work escalations and potential site issues.* Co-ordinate external subcontractors when required.* Liaise with suppliers regarding warranty replacements and service repairs.* Achieve annual service revenue targets (bonus linked to KPIs and company profitability).* Provide cover within the Internal Service department as required.* Attend training and development sessions as needed.* Ensure service procedures are followed and all activities comply with quality, health & safety and legal requirements.**Skills, Experience & Qualifications****Essential:*** Experience within an Internal Service or Service Co-ordination environment.* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.* Self-motivated, proactive and highly organised.**Desirable:*** Experience working within a technical service environment.* Previous experience using Sage and/or Salesforce.**Personal Attributes*** Strong customer service mindset with a passion for building trust and long-term relationships.* Results-driven with a positive, flexible and can-do attitude.* Excellent time management and attention to detail.* Reliable, resilient and able to perform well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.* Keen to learn, develop and contribute to continuous improvement.**Location*** This role is based at **Tranmere, Birkenhead**.#LI-DNI
