• Preparing and issuing hire quotations.
• Coordinating equipment deliveries and collections.
• Maintaining records of customer activity.
• Resolving service issues efficiently.

Skills

Strong customer service skills

Experience in fast-paced environment

Basic computer literacy (MS Office/Outlook)
