Senior HR Advisor: Employee Relations (Finance)
Job summary
A global asset management firm is looking for an experienced HR Advisor with strong employee relations skills. In this role, you will manage various HR cycle elements such as HR reporting and stakeholder interactions. Experience in financial services is ideal, along with HR duties and data analytics knowledge. The position offers a day rate of £250 - £280 and the opportunity to work on exciting HR projects, including EVP and global transformations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Financial Services or comparable industry is preferred.
- Solid understanding of employee relations and HR practices.
- Experience in advising managers on best practices.
Responsibilities
- Handle various elements of the HR cycle including reporting and analysis.
- Liaise with stakeholders at various levels.
- Participate actively in employee relations matters.
