A community service organization in the UK is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Regional Manager to lead the Employment Plus service across the East of England division. This peripatetic role requires significant travel and involves managing a team of Employability Practitioners, ensuring high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will have proven management experience and a passion for transforming lives. A valid UK driving licence and a car are essential for this position.
Location: Peripatetic - This role is to cover the East of England division; at times, travel may also be required across the Central Southern region and Channel Islands.
Working Hours: Minimum 35 hours per week

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Regional Manager to ensure the effective performance of Employment Plus across the East of England Division, as directed by the Regional Manager. This is a peripatetic role, requiring extensive travel across the designated regions.
You will lead and manage a team of Employability Practitioners, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with all legal, statutory, and organisational requirements. Working collaboratively with the Quality Performance Manager and under the direction of the Regional Manager, you will uphold our mission values and minimum service standards.
