Job summary
A leading infrastructure project contractor is seeking an organised and detail-driven individual to manage project documentation for a significant project in Ipswich. The successful candidate will ensure accurate and compliant documentation management, support project teams, and drive improvements in document control processes. Strong IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and SharePoint are essential. - Experience in construction document control is preferred.
- Knowledge of Asite EDMS is a plus.
- Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards is desirable.
Responsibilities

- Support project teams to track deliverables.
- Ensure consistent use of document control procedures.
- Attend project meetings and support decision-making.
- Oversee business archiving for easy document retrieval.
