Job summary
A global leader in material handling is seeking an HR Business Lead for the North West and Scotland to implement the people strategy across various business units. The role includes developing the people agenda, advising managers on HR matters, and ensuring strong employee engagement. Ideal candidates will have a degree in HR or Business, with significant experience in employee relations and a strategic mindset. The position is full-time and based in Warrington, Liverpool, or Bolton, offering a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications
