Job summary
A leading waste management company in Manchester is seeking a Trainer to deliver operational training and support compliance in driving standards. The ideal candidate will need a Category C Driving Licence and a Driver CPC, along with experience in the waste or service industry. This role is critical in ensuring safety and operational efficiency at depots. If you thrive in a time-critical environment and have excellent training skills, we would love to hear from you.
Qualifications
- LGV Category C (Class 2) Driving Licence required.
- Valid Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) necessary.
- Working knowledge of relevant legislation is essential.
- Experience in the waste or service industry preferred.
- Candidates should be IT literate and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent time management skills needed.
Responsibilities
- Assist depots in achieving Vehicle Gate Check and monitoring.
- Deliver training aligned with Group Training Standards.
- Coach drivers to improve skills and reduce accidents.
- Conduct training on key operational practices.
