Qualifications

• LGV Category C (Class 2) Driving Licence required.
• Valid Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) necessary.
• Working knowledge of relevant legislation is essential.
• Experience in the waste or service industry preferred.
• Candidates should be IT literate and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent time management skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist depots in achieving Vehicle Gate Check and monitoring.
• Deliver training aligned with Group Training Standards.
• Coach drivers to improve skills and reduce accidents.
• Conduct training on key operational practices.
