A leading food manufacturing company in the UK is seeking a Head of HSE for Transformation Projects. This role focuses on integrating health, safety, and environmental strategies across major projects while ensuring compliance and operational readiness. Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of HSE leadership experience in FMCG and a proven track record with major capital projects. - 10+ years' experience in HSE leadership within large FMCG or chilled food manufacturing environments.
- Proven track record in major capital projects and transformation programmes.
- Deep knowledge of CDM, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, PUWER, and environmental compliance.
Responsibilities
- Embed HSE strategy across multi-site transformation programmes.
- Oversee CDM compliance and contractor safety.
- Integrate environmental permitting and process safety into project delivery.
- Track performance, assurance reporting, and continuous improvement.
