In this key leadership role based in our Altens office in Aberdeen, you’ll driveQuality and HSES excellence across Surface UK operations in both Aberdeen and Dunfermline. This role is key to ensuring robust processes and systems that support our business goals and deliver outstanding results.
You’ll champion a culture of continuous improvement, inspiring the right behaviours and fostering collaboration throughout the organization. As a trusted influencer, you’ll build strong relationships while managing and developing the Quality and HSES functions in alignment with TechnipFMC’s strategy, policies, and industry standards.
