• 10+ years' experience in HSE leadership within large FMCG or chilled food manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record in major capital projects and transformation programmes.
• Deep knowledge of CDM, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, PUWER, and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Embed HSE strategy across multi-site transformation programmes.
• Oversee CDM compliance and contractor safety.
• Integrate environmental permitting and process safety into project delivery.
• Track performance, assurance reporting, and continuous improvement.
