A leading construction firm is seeking a Health, Safety & Wellbeing Manager to oversee safety and wellbeing on major projects. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the construction industry, excellent communication skills, and a Chartered Membership with IOSH. Key responsibilities include promoting health and safety strategies, conducting audits, and building positive relationships within the project team. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Solihull.

This role provides Health, Safety, and Wellbeing leadership for the project/s to which they are assigned. The role reports into the Senior Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Manager who is the point of contact and conduit for the regional business and the Kier Construction Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Director.
Duties and responsibilities within the role will include but not be limited to:
The HSW Manager will be able to demonstrate competence with significant experience in the construction industry safety, health, and wellbeing within a similar Tier 1 construction business working on major projects in a similar role with a good understanding of the principles of risk management at a practical level, preferably as a Chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH).
