• Experience in an EHS role within a manufacturing or chemical environment.
• Strong understanding of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Skilled in auditing, risk assessment, and incident investigation.

Responsibilities

• Support health and wellbeing programs promoting attendance and engagement.
• Liaise on health-related matters, including personal risk assessments.
• Monitor safety plans and EHS performance data.
• Lead behavioural safety initiatives and campaigns.
• Support environmental management to ensure compliance.
