- Act as process manager/developer and manage the company’s ECN process.
- Drive inter‑departmental communication around ECNs and report ECN KPIs.
- Input new assemblies and parts into the ERP system.
- Process production permits and process change notes.
- Work with engineering and quality teams to fault‑find, set up design of experiments and testing, and improve Linx products and system reliability.
- Process‑driven and proactive individual with an engineering background and at least 3 years’ experience in engineering design changes.
- Experience responsible for or administering an engineering change system.
- Experience in NPI or transfer of new products to manufacture.
- Experience entering and maintaining engineering data on an ERP system such as Oracle.
- Advanced user of MS Excel and macros.
- Experience with electro‑mechanical systems and/or 3D CAD packages such as Creo or SolidWorks (desirable).
- A strong desire to thrive in a fast‑paced, multifaceted environment with wide variety of projects.
