As a Solutions Engineer – Existing Accounts, you will serve as the primary technical and strategic partner for Redwood’s existing customers. This role merges the technical solutioning and expansion focus with the post-sales adoption and advocacy expertise.
You will ensure customers realize maximum value from their Redwood investments by driving adoption, uncovering new opportunities for expansion, and acting as a trusted advisor who bridges business objectives with technical outcomes.
You’ll partner closely with Sales, Product Management, Product Marketing, Customer Support and Engineering to drive growth, mitigate risk, and deliver measurable business value across your assigned accounts.
