A leading independent insurance broker in Colchester is seeking a Customer Service Advisor. In this role, you'll engage with customers via phone and email, ensuring excellent service while developing new skills in a supportive team environment. Skills
Location: Colchester, England, United Kingdom
Salary: £24,570 + generous quarterly bonus (potential up to £28,570)
Hours: Mon – Fri 9am – 6pm, 1/3 Saturdays 9am – 1pm; 37.5 hours per week.
Start date: 16 February 2026
Interview dates: December 2025
