Position

Spennymoor Town Council is currently seeking to recruit a part‑time (0.43 FTE) Parks and Grounds Assistant on a fixed‑term basis until the end of March 2026.

Overview

This role would suit a customer‑focused individual with a can‑do attitude and a passion for delivering a continuously high level of service. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys working outdoors and who has experience of dealing with the public and, in particular, young people. The successful candidate will be required to work weekend shifts.
