Job summary
A leading customer service provider in Sheffield is seeking full-time Outbound Customer Service Advisors. The role involves making outbound calls and providing excellent customer service. Applicants should be comfortable speaking on the phone and able to use a computer. Full training will be provided to candidates, making previous experience advantageous but not essential. This is an office-based role with a temporary contract offering competitive hourly pay.
Qualifications

- Able to use a computer or laptop.
- Previous call centre experience is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Updating records.
- Escalating calls where necessary.
Skills
We are looking for a high volume of full-time Outbound Call Centre Agents to work for us.
You will be based at our Church Street office, located in Sheffield City Centre.
We are only able to consider applicants within a 1 hour commuting distance of our Sheffield Offices.
Please note this is an Office Based role.
- Monday – Saturday 8am-8pm
- Between 37.5 - 40 Hours Per Week
- £12.21 Per Hour – This is paid on a monthly basis.
- Making Outbound calls.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Updating records.
- Escalating calls where necessary
- Comfortable in speaking on the phone
- Able to use a computer/laptop
- Previous call centre experience is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given.
- Previous Customer Service experience is advantageous.
