A leading independent law firm is looking for a Business Development & Marketing Advisor to join their team. This role focuses on developing and implementing marketing strategies, promoting the firm's brand, and identifying business opportunities in the Sydney and Newcastle markets. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in business development and marketing, strong communication skills, and knowledge of the professional services sector. Hybrid working arrangements are available along with competitive remuneration and benefits.

The role is responsible forworking with partners on the BD, marketing and comms strategyacross the national Commercial Practice which comprises of over 90partners across Dispute Resolution, Banking & Finance,Employment, Corporate & Commercial, Property & Projects,Private Client and Tax sections.
This role will also have adedicated focus on increasing brand awareness and profile in theSydney and Newcastle markets and will also be allocated standalonenational portfolios dependent on the successful candidates’expertise, experience and skillset.
The role may require travel toother offices across Australia from time to time.
