What you will be doing

• Play a critical role in supporting residents with complex needs, ensuring dignity, comfort and clinical excellence
• Working closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team.
• Our residents may include those living with dementia, thoserequiringhigh care, and those receiving palliative or end-of-life care.
• You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure that each resident’s physical, emotional, and social wellbeing is supported.
• This role is central to promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life for every individual.
• You will actively promote the BallyCara culture of respect, dignity, positiveageingand the SONAvalues, ensuringthe provision of safe, evidence-based, and exceptional clinical practicethrough compassionate care,professional integrity, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring

• Current AHPRA registration and experience in residential aged care
• Strong clinical judgement, calm decision-making and excellent documentation skills
• A genuine commitment to dignity, wellbeing and person-centred care
