A growing financial services company based in London is seeking a Senior Outbound Business Development Manager to generate qualified meetings with large UK employers. This hybrid role offers a salary of £50,000 - £60,000 with benefits and uncapped commission potential. The ideal candidate will possess proven outbound sales skills and a track record of engaging senior stakeholders. You will work independently, nurturing leads from the top of the sales funnel to contribute significantly to the company's growth.

💰 £50,000 - £60,000 + Benefits + uncapped commission (£90–120k OTE)

We are now hiring a senior outbound operator to scale our reach across UK employers with 200–1,000 employees in labour‑intensive sectors.
This is not an entry‑level SDR role. This is for someone who knows how to prospect, qualify and book meetings at volume without hand‑holding.
Generate a high volume of qualified meetings with UK employers who employ large numbers of frontline, hourly or operational workers and work the top of the funnel end to end. You’ll be selling a credible, proven solution, not a concept.
