Job summary
A leading client services company is seeking a Client Account Manager to manage senior client relationships and drive commercial success. This role involves owning the client relationship, ensuring operational delivery, and analyzing data for insight-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will have field sales experience and strong analytical skills. The package includes a salary of £45-55k pro rata, car allowance, bonus schemes, flexible working, and numerous other benefits.

Are you an experienced Client Account Manager with a proven track record in a field sales agency environment? Do you have multi-channel experience, with strong experience of managing senior client relationships, and driving commercial success? If so, this could be your next big move.
We’re looking for someone who can:
- Own the client relationship at a senior level, acting as the trusted partner.
- Take full accountability for end-to-end operational delivery.
- Ideally bring people management experience to lead and inspire a field-based team.
- Work autonomously, translating client strategy into clear, actionable plans for our teams.
Whether your background is Grocery, Convenience, On-Trade, Professional Beauty, Technology, or Direct-to-Consumer, we could have the perfect next step for you. You’ll join one of our client teams within the Avidity Group – this could be with Standout, McCurrach, Zing or Wave.
Our Account Managers operate at a senior level, reporting into a Controller or Director, and play a pivotal role in shaping client success and team performance.

You’ll lead the day-to-day client relationship, overseeing planning, performance, and reporting. A large part of your role involves data analysis and storytelling, so strong analytical and reporting skills are essential.
