Production & Publicity Relationship Manager - Film Industry (Office-Based)

Full-time, Iver, United Kingdom

The Production & Publicity Relationship Manager will be responsible for actively prospecting and soliciting film production and post-production, publicity tour projects. This role ensures exceptional client experiences by open communication guidance, proactive relationship management, to include implementing innovative tools, and driving strategies to support business growth initiatives within the Media & Entertainment sector.

As a Production & Publicity Relationship Manager - Film Industry, you will

  • Implement tools and services that meet client needs, including online profile tools, reconciliation tools and OBTs for scheduling and booking trips.
  • Create documentation and analysis from pre- to post-production and publicity to showcase the active pipeline and conversion, service delivery, client feedback, action plans, revenue generation, savings achieved, and overall summaries.
  • Provide and track ongoing constructive feedback to all stakeholders (clients, internal teams, studios) throughout the production and publicity stages.
  • Negotiate client contract terms in line with company approval processes and commercial policy.
  • Responsible for key initiatives agreed with the global commercial and operations strategy.
  • Work closely with the supplier management and delivery team on fare and rate analysis and provide insights on entertainment fare requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and drive opportunities for growth and retention.
  • Research relevant contacts, generate leads, and communicate with decision-makers to drive new business.
  • Proactively promote the company’s core service offerings within the industry.
  • Attend key industry and networking events to build relationships, identify opportunities and follow through on next steps post event.

About You

  • Knowledge of the film production and publicity industry is essential.
  • Prior experience in the travel industry preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Professional, concise, and mature written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and driving success in the entertainment sector.
