The Opportunity

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for building strong relationships and growing market presence? Join our Bradstone team at Holcim as an Area Sales Manager, where you’ll take ownership of a well-established sales territory covering Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and North London.

You’ll manage a portfolio of merchant and contractor customers, strengthen existing relationships, and identify new opportunities to expand Bradstone’s footprint across the region.

Your work will play a key role in achieving ambitious sales targets, increasing product visibility and ensuring customers see Holcim as their trusted partner of choice.

What you'll be doing
  • In this role you'll help shape our strategic direction by developing business plans and accurate forecasts, and identifying key accounts and market opportunities.
  • You will have the freedom to build strong relationships, the backing of a global brand and the opportunity to shape how we support customers across the South.
  • You’ll play a key role in implementing sales and marketing campaigns, generating and following up on leads, and promoting our full product range to meet and exceed targets.
  • You will work closely with our commercial, logistics and operations teams to make sure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Your ability to build and nurture strong interpersonal relationships will enhance our profile within the industry and foster new business opportunities.
