Business Development Manager

Youth Focus North East is creating a new Business Development Manager role to help drive organisational growth, build capacity, and deliver long-term financial sustainability. Working closely with the Senior Management Team, the postholder will identify and secure new income streams, develop strategic partnerships, and explore social enterprise opportunities, including the continued growth of Focus Coffee House.

The role will lead on exploring opportunities linked to social value, commercial ventures, and corporate engagement that support our strategic ambitions. This role will also allow us to fully develop our Engage – Training and Consultancy offer, capitalising on current demand.

A key focus will be on strengthening internal systems, supporting effective business planning, and ensuring sustainable income generation. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and motivated individual to play a leading role in shaping the organisation’s future, driving innovation, and ensuring continued positive impact for young people across the region. This role provides a real opportunity to help drive Youth Focus North East’s programmes forward.
