A reputable fashion brand is seeking a Field Account Manager in Southampton to drive profitable sales and elevate brand positioning within the UK market. Reporting to management, the candidate will own the end-to-end service for wholesale partners, deliver best-in-class go-to-market standards, and manage day-to-day operational issues. Job description

The role of the Field Account Manager is to drive profitable salesgrowth and to elevate the brand’s positioning within the UK & IRE Wholesalemarketplace. We are looking for someone who is commercially focused and driven by financial KPIs, with a strong emphasis on growing existing wholesale business and developing “brand-right” partners aligned with the brand’s premiumisation journey.

Responsibilities
  • Own the E2Eservice of each wholesale partner with excellence from sell-in to drivingsell-out.
  • DriveSIS executions and Brand visibility in-store.
  • Deliverbest-in-class GTM standards and deliver the quarterly seasonal collectionswith impact.
  • 360 managementof assigned account base in managing day-to-day issues. Full cross-functionalcollaboration to resolve supply discrepancies, credit issues and generalaccount queries.
  • Key KPI delivery in line withthe wider business objectives: netsales, market share, margin & rate of sale
  • Manageand oversee marketplace and distribution decisions of brand with integrity.
  • Maintainweekly market reports coupled with a clear action plan.
  • Essential to the success of this role is the individual’s effectivenessin working cross-functionally.
  • Working collaboratively with the local Merch team to drive theassortment, ROS planning and feeding into the wider product line with marketneeds.
  • Weekly meetings in place with Supply Chain and Logistics teamsto drive orderbook conversion in line with the MSE (Monthly Shipping Estimate)targets.
  • Actively partake in the weekly sales meeting and shareopportunities and risks with creative solutions to your area of business.
