Role Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Possess a min of 2 years of experience in an Account Management role.
- Proactive telephone/ Face to face contact on a daily basis.
- Actively seek new business opportunities by prospecting existing and new customers.
- meet performance objectives and key performance indicators.
- Maximise sales by identifying upsell and cross-selling opportunities.
- Keep CRM up to date with all communications related to your accounts and business opportunities, including customer profiling.
- Ensure accurate and timely management of quotations to build a pipeline of opportunities.
- Provide customers with accurate proposals, collateral, and information as required.
- Continuously develop product and technical knowledge, including completing vendor accreditations.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Create and communicate a Quarterly Sales Plan that aligns with company standards and goals.
- Clearly articulate our value proposition and strategy to prospects and customers to differentiate CMS from competitors.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain CMS as a trusted supplier.
- Represent CMS Distribution professionally and act as an ambassador for the company.
- Foster strong relationships with assigned customer contacts.
- Utilise all available CMS sales support resources and departments to enhance the customer experience.
