We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our Finance Team in Peterborough on a permanent basis.

As an Accounts Payable Analyst you will be pivotal in maintaining and establishing relationships with new and existing vendors / stakeholders in the business. Liaising with the Master Data Governance Team you will also be assisting with compliant set-up of vendors under S/4 Hana, as well as the processing of invoices and related activities, ensuring they are managed efficiently in line with Group Policies.

Our Team

The Accounts Payable Team is responsible for fulfilling the Governance of Vendor Master Creation, Processing of Invoices, Payments to Suppliers, Freelancers and Employees, Validation & Governance of Expenses, Purchasing Cards and Credit Cards. The team currently comprises of nine Team Members.

This is a Hybrid role that supports a balance of working from home and our office in Peterborough.

What you’ll be doing

• Support on any queries related to vendors (Billing, Payment terms…)
• Validate set-up of new suppliers in partnership with the Master Data Governance Team.
• Process invoices in line with Service Level Agreement.
• Prepare Monthly KPI reporting for Management.
• Coordinate with Group Procurement team or Business on Purchase Requisition/Purchase Order treatment.
• Support on any queries related to internal and external audit.
• Support self-billing process when applicable.
• Support payment activities & T&E processing when required.

What you’ll bring

• Experience working in a Finance Environment
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Experience of working within Accounts Payable would be an asset
• S/4 Hana would be an asset
