Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Account Management

• Identify and secure new wholesale partners and retail locations aligned with brand positioning
• Manage and grow relationships with existing stockists and retail partners
• Negotiate commercial terms, sales targets, and promotional support
• Monitor sell-through performance and provide strategic guidance to partners
• Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis

Marketing & Brand Development

• Develop and execute marketing plans to support product launches and seasonal campaigns
• Collaborate with brand principals and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Oversee visual merchandising standards and in-store brand presentation
• Coordinate PR, influencer outreach, and digital marketing initiatives
• Support events, trade shows, and client activations

Reporting & Collaboration

• Track and report on sales performance, ROI, and market trends
• Work closely with logistics, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations
• Provide feedback to brand partners on market reception and opportunities.
