About the role…
As our new Stock and Multichannel Team Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the seamless operations of both stock management and multichannel services, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service. This role manages the end-to-end flow of stock, from receipt and storage to order processing and dispatch, while maintaining compliance with company standards and supporting sustainable cost management.
Strong organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential, alongside the ability to foster a high-performing, collaborative culture that supports both store efficiency and customer satisfaction.
