• £28k base salary with OTE in year 1 of £55k on average, with top performer taking home £65k last year
• Fast track promotions – achieve your first promotion in your first 8-9 months and also receive an increase in base salary to £30k
• Two week shutdown over Christmas and 25 days holiday
