A community church in Darlaston is seeking a passionate Youth Ministry Pastor to inspire and empower youths in their faith journey. The role includes leading and mentoring, developing engaging programmes, and fostering community relationships. Ideal candidates will have experience in youth ministry and strong leadership skills. 18.5 hours per week | £11,880 – £13,500 per annum (pro rata of FTE £23,760 – £27,000)
