We’re looking for a creative Graphic Designer to help us design a set of MindSpark School Accreditation badges (three tiers) and a Coach Training badge that our coaches can proudly display across print and digital channels.

Your designs will give schools and coaches credible, consistent recognition of practice and excellence; help MindSpark communicate quality and progress across our three-tier framework; and enable partners to promote achievement on websites, certificates, newsletters, and social media—amplifying our impact with families, schools, and communities.
What are we looking for?
- Demonstrable experience in brand/identity and badge/icon design for print and digital.
- Strong typography, composition and colour skills with an eye for accessibility (contrast, legibility at small sizes).
- Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator (or equivalent vector tools) and preparing print‑ready artwork.
- Ability to translate a brief into clear, simple visual systems and produce concise usage guidance.
- A collaborative, hands‑on approach and understanding of the non‑profit/education context.

What will you be doing?
MindSpark is entering an exciting stage of growth, supporting young people overcoming disadvantage and scaling our operations as a social enterprise.
You will help us:
- School accreditation framework: Design three badges and a resource pack aligned to MindSpark’s brand:
- MindSpark School (Tier 1)
- MindSpark Accredited School (Tier 2)
- MindSpark Flagship School (Tier 3)
- Information pack about the accreditation framework
- EF coach training: Design one badge and a social media template aligned to MindSpark’s brand:
- MindSpark Coach Training badge (for individual coaches). Designed for email footers and websites.
- Social Media template (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Create a coherent visual system showing progression across tiers (shape/colour hierarchy, iconography) while remaining accessible and inclusive.
- Produce scalable vector assets (SVG/AI/EPS) plus web‑optimised (PNG/WebP) and print‑ready files (CMYK/PDF with bleed).
- Provide usage guidance (mini one‑pager) covering clear space, minimum sizes, colour palette, do’s/don’ts, and example placements (web, email signature, certificate, social banners, lanyard/ID).
- Supply certificate header lockups and small “verified” marks for websites/social profiles.
