Job summary
A leading geospatial services organization in Southampton is seeking a Change Delivery Practice Lead for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role involves leading a team in project management and business change, shaping best practices, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in transformational change within complex environments, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Competitive salary from £64,722 to £75,509, plus excellent benefits including a performance-related bonus and hybrid working.
