• Experience of managing numerous projects at a time.
• Previous house building experience would be advantageous.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to maintain working relationships with Local Authority and utility officers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production of all necessary technical drawings and specialized designs.
• Negotiate and complete legal agreements necessary for site requirements.
• Maintain alignment with project schedules and budgets.
• Assist in securing development sites.
