We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic Change Delivery Practice Lead to join us on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. In this pivotal role, you’ll set direction and manage a high‑performing team to deliver our Projects, Change Management, Business Analysts and Business Performance teams in our newly formed Programme, Performance and Change Team.
This is a new, yet critical position in our newly formed Programme, Performance and Change Team. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping and embedding best practices in change delivery, ensuring our programmes and projects deliver value, meet stakeholder expectations, and align with our business and our strategic ambitions.
As our Change Delivery Practice Lead, you will
Lead a team providing project management and business change services to support strategic and operational initiatives.
Develop, implement and continuously evolve a centre of excellence model for change delivery and business change management, including tools, templates, and best practices.
Ensure consistent application of change methodologies across programmes and projects.
Build capability across the organisation through coaching, training, and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align change delivery with business priorities.
Monitor and report on change delivery performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Maintain governance standards and ensure compliance with internal frameworks.
Support resource planning and allocation across change initiatives.
Represent the change delivery function in cross‑organisational forums and working groups.
We’re looking for someone who
Proven experience in leading change delivery or transformation functions within complex organisations.
Strong understanding of project and programme management methodologies.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving.
Experience in building and scaling delivery practices or Centres of Excellence.

Salary £64,722 - £75,509 (depending on experience)
