We are seeking an experienced and driven Multi‑Channel Specialist to join our UK Team reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. You will play a key role in driving the direct sales of Evolus products, engaging with both existing and prospective customers across targeted HCP specialties. You’ll share product insights, clinical data, pricing, promotional details, and relevant company information with clarity and confidence. As a key contributor to our UK growth, you will cultivate new business while strengthening relationships within your assigned territory, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets. You’ll partner closely with other team members to ensure customers receive the right support at the right time. In this dynamic and fast‑growing environment, you’ll bring strong inside‑sales expertise and deliver a world‑class customer experience. We’re looking for a tenacious, self‑motivated team player who excels at building trusted relationships and creating positive, solutions‑focused interactions. Under general supervision, you will respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues with professionalism and care—helping to nurture a strong, loyal customer base.

Essential duties and responsibilities where you'll make the biggest impact…
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives within your territory, focusing on driving new business and lead generation.
  • Build lasting customer relationships by adopting a long‑term, trust‑based approach.
  • Work collaboratively with both local and cross‑functional teams to share insights, align on goals and contribute to a positive team‑orientated sales culture while driving both individual and collective success.
  • Develop and execute annual territory and account plans using the Evolus CRM system.
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs Clinicians (MAC), and HCP Advocates to communicate the scientific and clinical benefits of Evolus products.
  • Deliver sales presentations, promotional activities, and educational events to engage and inform clients.
  • Partner with your line manager to implement commercial strategies and account plans, ensuring appropriate resource allocation and client support.
  • Analyse sales data, customer segments, growth opportunities, and competitor activity to inform strategies.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Represent Evolus at key national, regional, and industry events, including congresses (may require overnight or weekend commitments).
  • Record all customer interactions and activities daily within the CRM system.
  • Complete all company administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure personal and company compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
  • Support ad‑hoc projects and take on additional duties as assigned.
  • Consistently act with professionalism, embodying Evolus’ values and standards in all interactions.
  • Location – Remote field based.
  • Frequent travel and occasional overnight stays.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills You’ll Bring to the Team…
