Patient Accounts Officer

The Holly Hospital – Essex | Finance | Permanent | Full-Time

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Patient Accounts Officer to join our Holly Hospital team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in the billing process, contributing directly to the patient experience and the success of our services.

As a Patient Account Officer, you will:

  • Assist the supervisor and management of Salesforce queues
  • Liaise with hospital teams to resolve billing issues and elevate when required
  • Manage billing queries through the effective use of agreed procedures and in coordination with the customer services team.
  • Propose improvements and seek opportunities to optimise ways of working within the team.
