A leading educational publishing company in the UK is seeking a Head of Product Marketing to lead a team responsible for strategic marketing direction. You will shape messaging and positioning while executing go-to-market strategies for new products and solutions. The position requires significant product marketing experience in a B2B setting, preferably in education, along with strong leadership skills and the ability to drive revenue growth. This hybrid role allows you to work from our London or Sheffield offices.

As the Head of Product Marketing, you will lead a team of Product Marketing Managers, responsible for the strategic marketing direction of the Hachette Learning portfolio. You will shape our messaging and positioning and work with the Demand Gen team to bring your strategies to life. You will own the go-to-market strategy, launch new products and solutions and be responsible for driving revenue growth as well as ensuring alignment with market needs across the globe. You will lead a product marketing team and collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management teams as well as Customer Success to ensure a coherent end-to-end experience across the entire customer journey.

This role can be based at our London or Sheffield offices with a blend of in‑office (3 days) and homeworking (2 days) per week.
