Junior Regional Credit Controller page is loaded## Junior Regional Credit Controllerlocations: Wokingtime type: Full timeposted on: Vandaag geplaatstjob requisition id: R0655867The Regional Credit Control Junior reports into the Service Regional Collections Manager and is responsible to conduct collection activity and administrative duties relating to the Credit Control Team.**Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):*** Assist with managing inbound mail in Salesforce.* Provide copy Invoices and SOA as and when requested.* Answering inbound phone calls* Obtain Customer contact details and update relevant systems to ensure that future comms are distributed by e-mail.* Manage & distribute daily inbound post.* Processing credit and credit re-bill requests in the system as required.* Assist with Direct Debit Customers and associated admin.* Taking responsibility for debt accounts to ensure the monies owed are collected in line with agreed payment days and any outstanding issues are resolved.* Ensuring that debt is collected within set targets and outstanding monies are actively chased.* Identifying, recording, and processing end to end dispute resolution.* Conducting collection calls in a structured way and updating and maintaining notes in multiple systems.* Responsible for account reconciliations end to end AR.* Attending regular regional debt calls and ledger reviews.* Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with customers and internal key stake holders.* Other ad-hoc admin duties as required.**Skills & Experiences:*** At least one year experience of corporate office administrative roles in relation to Finance or Customer Service.* Comfortable working in a high volume and fast-paced environment.* Service background is desirable.* Good communications in both written & spoken English.* Confident telephone manner* Sound IT skills – Microsoft Office – SharePoint - Intermediate Excel* Detail focused.* Collaborative team player and able to work independently.* Reliable and target driven.* CRM, Salesforce is beneficial.* User Knowledge of SAP is desirable.What KONE can offer:We offer a Competitive Salary, 25 days holiday and 8 additional Bank Holidays, Pension Scheme, Development opportunities and development reviews to help you achieve your professional goals.
