A leading communication technology provider is seeking a 1st Line Technical Support Agent to join their team. In this remote role, you'll provide first-line support for VoIP and connectivity issues, offering excellent customer service. Salary: £26,000‑£28,000 Per Annum
Hours: Shift based between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday
