A leading global food company is seeking a Commercial Leader to drive partnerships with major retailers in the UK. In this role, you'll create and execute market-leading sales strategies, influence collaborations, and manage P&L for your accounts. As a key commercial leader within General Mills UK, you’ll be the driving force behind our partnership with major retailers — shaping strategy, delivering growth, and championing the success of our iconic brands on shelf and online. Your mission is to build a high-impact customer relationship while delivering against our ambitious sales, share, and profit targets.
This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You’ll bring confidence, commercial sharpness, negotiation excellence, and a natural ability to influence — all while building deep Customer intimacy and creating value for both General Mills and our retail partners.
You’re a proven FMCG Business Account Manager with a track record of delivering results and building high-value customer relationships. You understand how to influence, negotiate, and shape strategy — and you bring the commercial acumen to turn insight into exceptional execution.
