As market share for Corteva UK and Ireland will grow significantly over the next 5-year period in seed and crop protection, we will need techniques to deliver more accurate data to increase accountability, motivation and drive specific actions. These techniques will also enhance our farmer engagement activity and distributor commercial policies. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is at the heart of our strategy and expert use of our cutting-edge systems will help drive our sales and marketing effectiveness throughout the organisation.**Position Main Responsibilities:*** Analysis and presentation of Corteva sales data to deliver valuable market insights and highlight business opportunities.* Using a variety of sources of market data, you will work with Corteva Category Managers, to analyse markets to provide valuable insights to inform product strategy and development.* Territory management – analysis of territory level data for all area sales managers in seed and crop protection. This data is currently provided from numerous sources and will require collation, formatting and analysis of trends by region and by year.* Analysis of data from a variety of marketing initiatives to quantify business impacts.* Supporting the commercial team by monitoring and reporting on new and established reward programmes.* Preparing and collating data for regular submission to meet a range of statutory and non-statutory requirements.* Lead management, maintenance, enhancement and usage of our Customer Relationship Management system to drive sales, deliver campaigns and manage business processes.* Development and implementation of Corteva’s data strategy. Ensure efficiencies in Corteva’s data management processes.* Support the CRM approach and systems within the UK and Ireland Team.Travel not required.**Location - Cambridge**Situated around 50 miles northeast of London in the heart of Cambridgeshire. A hub of innovation and creativity housing the University of Cambridge, an institution dating back more than 800 years, the city of Cambridge is a hotbed of science, history, architecture and heritage.**Qualifications:*** Educated to degree level ideally in a relevant subject.* Experience of working with data preferred.* Analytical mindset.**Competencies:*** Strong data analytics and Power Bi and Microsoft Excel capability.* Communication – being able to deliver clear messages and to make complex data into summary views.* Continuous Improvement – Able to do root cause analysis of issues and develop solutions.* Business acumen - to understand the organization’s business model, structure, systems, processes.
