Orthopaedic Veterinary Nurse - East London. Looking for a role where your passion for veterinary nursing can truly flourish? This is an exceptional chance for a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to step into an orthopaedic nurse role within our a large 24-hour hospital. If you excel in the theatre environment and have a keen interest in orthopaedics, this could be the perfect fit for you.

• Serve in an orthopaedic theatre role, assisting with orthopaedic surgeries and supporting the surgeon in the theatre.
• Work 40 hours per week in a full-time position, with an average of 1:4 weekends and time off in lieu (TOIL).
• Work the same shifts as the orthopaedic surgeon to ensure a seamless and efficient patient journey.
• When the surgeon is not operating, support other areas of the theatre to broaden experience and skills.
• Collaborate with a large veterinary team to maintain high standards of client care and patient outcomes.

• Salary: £32,000 to £35,000 depending on experience, with room for growth.
• 6.6 weeks of annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
• Yearly CPD budget with up to 2 days of paid CPD leave.
• Paid lunch breaks.

• Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) status.
• Interest and experience in orthopaedics and theatre operations.

The hospital offers outstanding diagnostic support, including a new CT scanner, a commercial laboratory, and a robust medical team. You will be part of a dynamic team of approximately 24 vets, 27 RVNs, 14 SVNs, 7 VCAs, and a large front-of-house team dedicated to excellent client care.
