Patient‑Centred Care

Our exceptional nurse‑to‑patient ratio of 1:4 ensures you have ample time to provide holistic care to your patients. Our clinic is open from Monday to Saturday with no nights, offering you the flexibility and work‑life balance you’ve been searching for.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and overseeing care plans for renal patients.
  • Ensuring clinical activities are meticulously documented.
  • Preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems.
  • Reviewing pre‑ and post‑haemodialysis care with patients.
  • Collaborating within a multi‑disciplinary team.
Requirements
  • NMC Registered General Nurse or due to qualify this Autumn.
  • Familiarity with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a multi‑disciplinary team.
  • Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.
What We Offer
  • Full‑time position (37.5 hours per week).
  • Monday to Saturday shifts, with no night or Sunday work.
  • Starting salary of up to £35,067 based on dialysis experience.
  • Overtime paid at time and a half after completing full‑time hours.
